  • Possibility to calculate the complete cooling of tool inserts / plates based on the 3D tool design including cooling cycles
  • Cooling performance analysis – comparing solutions in thermal hot-spot areas
  • Simulation of sub-inserts considering different tool-steel (Ampcoloy, FastCool, ect.) and/or special cooling solutions
  • Comparison for the special materials or cooling solution in relation to standard materials or layout
